What we collect
- Demo requests: the name, company, phone, email, and message you submit through our demo form. We use it to arrange your demo and for nothing else. No mailing lists.
- Calls handled by Linga agents: audio, transcripts, and the structured fields the agent captures (for example a car model, a route, a callback number). These exist so the business you called can receive its lead and so we can improve call quality.
- Dashboard accounts: name, email, and a hashed password for business users we provision. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes; logging in sets a signed, HttpOnly session cookie that expires after 7 days. This cookie is strictly functional, not tracking.
- Basic website analytics-free operation: we do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
How calls are processed
- Linga runs on established voice and language infrastructure providers (speech recognition, language models, text-to-speech, and telephony). Call audio and transcripts pass through these providers to make the conversation work.
- Leads are delivered to the business you called through its Linga dashboard and its configured delivery channels, such as email.
- Callers always speak to a clearly non-human receptionist that identifies the business it answers for.
Retention and deletion
- Demo-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to follow up, then deleted.
- Call records are retained while the client business uses Linga, so they keep access to their own lead history.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@trylinga.com. We respond within 30 days.
