The service
- Linga provides an AI voice receptionist: it answers calls forwarded to a Linga number, holds a natural conversation using a script agreed with you, captures structured lead details, and delivers them to your Linga dashboard and configured delivery channels, such as email.
- Linga never takes payments from your callers, never invents prices or availability, and stays within the scope agreed in your playbook.
Pilots
- Pilots run free for 14 days with a usage allowance agreed up front.
- The monthly price is agreed before the pilot starts. Unless you cancel during the pilot, the plan begins on day 15.
- Cancel any time during the pilot by email; nothing is charged.
Subscriptions
- Plans are monthly, include a call-minute allowance, and state an overage rate per minute. No long-term lock-in unless separately agreed.
- You keep your phone number at all times. Cancel with effect from the end of the billing month, and call forwarding simply stops.
Responsibilities and limits
- You provide accurate business facts (hours, services, locations) for your playbook; Linga answers based on them.
- Linga is a lead-capture layer, not an emergency service and not legal, medical, or financial advice.
- Liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months, to the extent permitted by law.
